FAQ
What to expect from business leadership coaching?
Do you know what motivates you and/or people you work with? What are our inner drivers, interests, values and preferences? Perhaps you face a dilemma between hiring “smart people” or “easy to control”? Is your intellectual property leaking out the door and succession planning is suffering due to high turnover of actively disengaged people? Do you understand how the view of yourself and your behaviors (Identity) is not always aligned with how you are perceived or received by others (Reputation)? “Reputation is immensely consequential—it is the basis on which people marry you, hire you, promote you, loan you money, confine in you, or reject you.” Do you know your audience? What is your company culture manifesting? Do you understand how diversity adds to global complexity of running an organization? Have you gone already through technical change cycle by: seeking and deploying more information, system optimization and software upgrades, hoping this will solve all problems you are facing? These are very common challenges and there are many ways to address them.
Awareness of unique interpersonal characteristic and personality related risk factors can help us uncover blind spots, tap hidden potential, and prevent strengths from turning into areas of weakness. What are the benefits of professional coaching?
It is well understood nowadays that wellness programs have been shown to provide an attractive multi-fold return on investment (ROI). In other words, companies who spend $1 in a wellness program (e.g., exercise clubs, personal trainers, smoking cessation workshops, etc.) can earn several dollars as a result of decreased turnover, fewer sick days, reduced health insurance costs, etc. It’s no wonder wellness programs have experienced such tremendous growth – it makes financial sense.
The ROI from Professional Business Coaching is even more astonishing. According to a Manchester Consulting Group study of Fortune 100 executives, the Economic Times reports “coaching resulted in a ROI of almost six times the program cost as well as a 77% improvement in relationships, 67% improvement in teamwork, 61% improvement in job satisfaction and 48% improvement in quality”. Additionally, a study of Fortune 500 telecommunications companies by MatrixGlobal™ found executive coaching resulted in a 529% ROI. The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) concludes “coaching is no longer perceived just as a nice-to-have intervention.”

Why coaching works?
Coaching works because:
Listening is more important than talking
What motivates people is understood
Everyone is capable of achieving more
A person’s past is no indication of their future
People’s beliefs about what is possible for themselves are their only limits
Everybody deserves life’s journey to be full and far-reaching
nherently people are capable of reaching goals themselves…
So… “There’s a difference between knowing the path… and walking the path.”
Coaching eliminates the gap between knowing and doing by keeping accountability and commitment at the heart of the process so desired outcomes are achieved. Use the truth to live the most fulfilling life for you by confronting yourself in the context of a professional coaching experience – it’s perhaps the only relationship you will have in our life that exists to benefit YOU. If you are interested in making the most of your life, coaching is for YOU!
“A dream is just a dream. A goal is a dream with a plan and a deadline.” - Harvey Mackay
Coaching vs. Therapy vs. Consulting
Coaching is different from counseling and therapy. The big difference between coaching and the other professions is that coaching doesn’t claim to have the answers. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in a client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might exist, and choosing a course of action to make one’s life be what they want it to be.
