Hello, I am Kasia
I was born in Poland. A child of the Communist political system. Perfect mold to remain unchanged, not to stand out, and to follow and to obey. Well controlled and manipulated. The circumstances of my upbringing thought me to be frugal, pragmatic and respectful of rules and principals.
What it did not teach me though, was how to be bold and creative; how to stand up and show up for myself and how to find courage to live the life of own creation and not someone’s default.
It is has been several years since I “flipped the switch” and by so called coincidence I ended up travelling to Nepal where without knowing back then I crossed the river of change .
Through my coaching practice, I work with individuals, teams and organizations assisting them to awaken their personal and leadership potential. In just last eighteen (18) months, I have been privileged to work with over 1000 individuals providing 1:1coaching, facilitating experiential personal and group transformation experiences so they can live, love, lead with clarity, on purpose and with passion.
