• Life seems to be not easy at times yet it is beautiful if we choose to see it this way. 
• You can choose to see things/people/places as an obstacle or as an opportunity. Either way you choose, you will learn something about yourself if you dare to pay attention to it.
• Taking a step towards the path never traveled before creates familiar feeling of fearing the unknown.
• The art of evolving is to feel the fear and yet to do it anyway. Because what awaits you on the other side of it, it is freedom of becoming your vision. 
• Taking the leap. Jumping beyond boundaries of fear that immobilize you in inaction and despair.
• Teaching your body new emotions.
• Standing up for yourself by reconditioning your body to the future that is awaiting you on the other side of your fear.
